Depending on the type of product purchased (high-rise condos, stacked townhouses, freehold townhouses, or single-family homes), the appointment structure may vary.

If the property is a freehold townhouse or single-family home, two décor appointments are provided. The first appointment covers all structural items, including layout and architectural features, while the second appointment is dedicated to interior selections such as flooring, cabinetry, and fixtures. This process allows for thorough consideration of your new home’s structural and design elements throughout the construction process.

For condos and stacked townhouses, one design appointment is provided, where interior finishes are selected and reviewed, usually taking 3-5 hours. Our experienced décor consultants will guide you through the process of choosing your features and finishes to ensure that your vision for your new home comes to life.

Unfortunately, changes cannot be accommodated once the paperwork has been signed off by both the purchaser(s) and the Vendor. This policy ensures clarity and consistency in the selection process for all parties involved.

All options will be thoroughly explained to our purchasers, ensuring a seamless experience.

In terms of payment for upgrades, there are two options:

Upfront Payment: Pay for all the upgrades upfront at the end of the décor appointment.

Amendment to the Purchase Price: Add a proportion of the upgrades to the purchase price of the home. Typically, this requires a 30% deposit, with the remaining 70% of the upgrades added to the purchase price. If this option is selected, an amendment fee will be applied, and a new pre-approval from a financial institution will also be required.

If we receive notification of a selection being discontinued, one of our Décor Consultants will reach out to the purchaser(s) immediately to schedule an appointment for re-selection. Woods like walnut, cherry, and oak, which add a cozy and inviting ambiance, are particularly favoured. Wide planks are also in vogue, offering homes a contemporary and spacious feel.

For kitchens, soft paint colours for cabinets, like serene blues, terracotta, and creamy whites, create a calming and inviting atmosphere. Countertops are shifting towards honed and leathered finishes, which provide a matte or textured look that is both stylish and practical. Thicker countertops are also gaining popularity, offering a bold and substantial aesthetic that enhances the kitchen overall.
